Modern Exteriors

Modern Exteriors is the second entry in the Modern Series, the focus of this asset is to provide game developers with all the assets they'll need for an exterior world, things like parks, roads with cars, exterior buildings, etc are all included within this pack.
Modern Exteriors comes in three sizes, 16x16 (The default size), and 32x32/48x48 which are upscaled versions, inside the base Modern Exteriors folder are three folders:
-"Modern_Exteriors_16x16"
-"Modern_Exteriors_32x32"
-"Modern_Exteriors_48x48"
Each one contains the same sprites just of different sizes.
Modern Exteriors currently has a total of 17 themes (Note this asset is still being worked on daily and more are to come):
There are four ways to use these themes:
1: A global tileset is supplied titled "Modern_Exteriors_Complete_Tileset" which is located in the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)", this global tileset is one giant .png file which contains everything in Modern Exteriors.
2: Each theme as a png file containing everything in that theme, from the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)" > "ME_Theme_Sorter" > inside are 17 .png files pertaining to each theme.
3: A folder for each theme containing a png for every sprite in the theme, from the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)" > "ME_Theme_Sorter" > along with the 17 .png files there's also a folder for each theme containing single .pngs for each sprite in the theme.
4: For those of you who like chaos a single folder containing every single sprite as a separate png is also supplied inside the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)".
A lot of sprites in Modern Exteriors have animated versions that are not in the regular themes, instead these animated sprites are in a separate folder inside the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)" > "Animated", all animated sprites are provided in both .gifs and .pngs as a spritesheet.
Modern Exteriors adds some more character pieces to add more variety in what characters you can make, from the base Modern Exteriors folder > "Modern_Exteriors_(Size)" > "Character_Generator_Addons" are a bunch more character pieces.
